Preparation

• Each order is carefully prepared after payment confirmation
• Preparation time: 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

Delivery zones

We deliver to mainland France and internationally .

Estimated delivery times

France : 7 to 12 business days
Europe : 7 to 12 business days
International : 10 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and periods of high demand.

Delivery costs

The fees are calculated automatically at the time of ordering according to:

• the destination
• the weight of the package
• the chosen delivery method

The amount is displayed before payment.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you do not receive it, check your junk mail or contact us.

Delivery address

Please check the accuracy of your information when placing your order.
Amore dei Capelli cannot be held responsible in case of an address error.

Taxes & Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply.
These costs remain the responsibility of the client.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, our return conditions are strictly regulated.

Return conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

• The packaging has not been opened
• The hair was not undone
• The product has not been worn, washed, styled or altered
• The item is returned in its original condition

Any item that has been opened or used cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

Contact our customer service department and provide the following information:

• your order number
• the product in question
• the reason for your request

No returns will be processed without prior validation.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned if they have been opened or tampered with:

• Extensions
• Wigs
• Closures & Frontals
• Tape-ins

Damaged product or error?

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

• your order number
• a description of the problem
• clear photos

We will offer you a suitable solution.

Refund

Once the return is received and validated, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

• Processing time: depends on your bank
• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable (except in the case of an error on our part)

Return shipping costs

Unless we are mistaken, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend shipping with tracking.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to availability and after validation by our customer service.
